Pistols I do the little progression thing with the chairbefore i did squats or wrestled
it was all i did, i never knew the actual name
i have naturally big legs though
its probably goat for ur posterior chain
i wanna be able to do pistol squats 3x15 by the end of the year tho
one tidbit tho is i was only 130 lbs in HS so like i said it probably scales up in difficulty based on heavier folks
