Why Ware or Witten? Sound like you just want to start the rebuild process.

Damn sure wouldnt get rid Ware. Our pass rush is horrible with him. what happens without him? We're so close. the problem isn't just on the field. players like witten and ware i want to be a cowboy for life.

That's the problem, we're not close at all and haven't been for some time. It's always one player here, or one player there. When in reality it's this line here, and this line there. You got a "GM" that traded a 2nd round pick to move up and draft a skills player instead of addressing the line. If Claiborne turns out to be a perennial all pro nobody is complaining, but after being roasted by Devin Hester and hurdled by a FB, I dont get that feeling.

Man this is football we talking about. we do what yall saying and we become the miami dolphins of the nfc. In the NFL, you dont just get rid of all the old guys and start fresh. This aint the NBA or MLB. I dont know about yall but i been fukking roooting fo rthe cowboys since 98. what yall talking about happen in the Campo era. You guys remember 2001 to 2003, we were one of the youngest teams them years. You remember players like Pete Hunter, Troy Hambrick, QCarter, Tony Dixon, Roy Williams, Derrick Ross, Antonio Bryant, Rable, Dantzler, Michal Wiley, Brandon Noble(always loved that name for some reason). We sucked those years, with nothin to show for it. None of those guys would lead to anything special. Parcells seen that and came and cleaned house.

I understand you want to rebuild. But my point is you just want to clean house jsut to do it. For no good reason. we got a lot of pieces. Biggest thing is coaching. we've had discipline problems since early 2000's Even parcells could correct it.

We've been watching this team just as long as you. how many super bowls does this team have to show for it in that span? This core of guys has been together through 3 regimes. Nobody's saying to clean house "just because". You clean house when you have a group of guys who cant get it done. That includes coaching staff, and GM. Oh wait. :snoop:

Football isn't really the sport to do a "rebuild"

high draft picks guarantee very little outside a larger salary

and honestly...Felix, Spencer, and some extent Jenkins are dead weight...let them walk...Felix and Spencer are replacement level players...you can get anybody to play at their level...Jenkins is better...but he's never been amazing...I've never been blown away by him...still would've rather paid him than Scandrick though

the only way this team gets better is by drafting smarter...and until changes happen inside the GM office...it won't matter

getting more draft picks for a guy like Ware is useless...we lose a premiere pass rusher for what?...cap room and our front office making more bad picks in the draft?...seems backwards

and I'm sorry to say it...but trading Witten will do nothing...no one's giving up draft picks for a high salary tight end whose better days are behind him

the Boys are what they are...the best move is a coaching change and hoping a new voice can get through to some of the talent that's not performing and hope they can help them reach it

any move involving our front office making smart personnel evaluations is nothing more than wishful thinking...this front office has proven over and over and over again that it can't evaluate talent for shyt.

:scusthov: at that list.

that was an era when jerry jones had TOTAL control and campo was his puppy dog. the talent evaluation now is not as bad as it was then so when I say blow it up I mean with the intentions of bringing in a young hungry nucleus.

i'm getting fed up watching these losers and so are a lot of other people. after the giants win everything has gone down hill.

Cosign this post, especially the part about rebuilding.

I rather we keep Jenkins. He's still our best corner when he's healthy. BUt Spencer and Jones can definitely walk.

Witten the only diamond left from that era i believe. Or did parcells draft him.

Mayne i seen Bobby Carpeneter today and a rage grew inside of me for some reason. I thought i put that pick behind me. Almost forgot about him.

I like that group though They played hard and every victory was hard fought no matter how tough. Remember that woody Dantzler kickoff return when he was dancing on the sideline ot avoid the out of bounds.

exactly. those teams sucked but they played hard and they were full of goons. this team is stupid, soft, and swagless. im just disgusted with every facet of this organization right now so destroy and rebuild is a viable option to me.

i remember that dantzler play like yesterday.

That return sums up that era. Nothing was easy and that team had to work hard for everything but kept trying. You never see kick return that was more diffcult than that one,. my favorite return of all time, not the prettiest but def the best.

but those teams were so horrible. The bye week were like a vacation when they came. Derrick Ross was the truth. I always wonder why was let go after a great season.

The Garrett era is anti swag anti goon. This team has no i.d. and players can't be themselves. THe over all culture is just off.

honestly our defense is fukking pathetic. we have 1 int all year....not only this year but it seems in the past few years we cant get ints or force any turnovers, not to mention our team is injury prone as fukk.

the coaches all the way to jerry jones are to blame but more so the players, they have absolutley zero heart :snoop:

word, these nikkas have no swag. i feel dez got some but he keeps it under wraps b/c of the robotic culture jason has created. give me john gruden and a bunch of goons next season please. ship out all of these swagless losers and lets get back to the old school cowboys of winning with style.

we have 2 interceptions both by Lee. dline rarely tips balls, rarely gets in the sight line of the qb. most qbs can cook breakfast, check their email, and cut their fingernails while back there vs our unathletic dline. we need to invest at least 2 players on that line next year. i also think jenkins should be playing more now. i always liked jenkins despite that one incident vs the giants. he is another player i feel like has some swag but keeps it bottled up b/c RKG bs in dallas.

Lol at getting rid of the core, thats not the answer...

You keep all the talent you can, unless you got cheaper SURE replacements...who can replace Ware?....

Our problem is coaching....and the o-line

We will lose to carolina and the season will be over. This is looking more and more like a 6-10 type of season.
