Learn????

He's about to be 33 breh. Cowboys fans say this shyt every year.

Romo getting paid elite money, when he is not a elite QB.

People like you are going to make excuses for Romo every year. :snoop:

Dude is a joke.

I agree, I love when folks say show me a better alternative when no one gets a chance . I gurantee if you gave a decent qb in the league, whitten, dez Bryant, miles Austin, ogletree, Harris to throw to, and Felix jones and Murray as rb you'd get comparably or even better numbers

28 Tds and 19 ints

Ryan Fitzpatrick had 24 Tds and 16 ints throwing to Stevie Johnson Donald jones and Scott chandler playing in the buffalo winds

3 straight failed attempts to make the playoffs/win the division in a Week 17 matchup...to each of the 3 division opponents too. :wow:

Where do you fools go from here?

We can't drop Romo yet because there is no solid alternative and the cap hit for 2013 is too big. We keep him next year and look to draft a quality QB in the next 2-3 years. Fill in those years with a journeyman QB or two. We need to transition out of the Romo era even if it means a few sub .500 years :to:

This can be a decent/good D. O line needs work obviously, but a lot of the pieces are there on both sides of the ball. I'm on the fence about Garrett, as there are no good alternatives to him out there either (not counting gruden/cowher/etc. until they decide to come back)

As of today there is no superstar rookie QB, coach or RB that we can bring in and turn the franchise into a winner overnight so we are stuck with most of these losers for the next few years :sadcam:

What continues to be the catch in the matter, Romo played well enough to cover the inadequate play of the offensive line, struggling defense, and get us in position for possible playoff berths but he just can't close the deal. I thought that playoff win against the Eagles in the 09' season was going to be a positive sign for things moving forward.....but it doesn't appear to be the case.

Ask yourself this question. Who's the GM and leaders that has made the decision to fill this roster the last 16 years? Do you have confidence in this GM or leader to do the right things in offseasons. If we didnt have Parcells castoffs, we would be worse now. This organization is close to going back to 2000-2002 status. Reason, bad drafts, bad contracts, bad free agency acquisitions, bad coaching hires. Jerry is in charge of this. Do you trust him to address the needs for this team? Do you trust him to draft a qb? The same guy who drafted quincy Carter.

I was saying Garrett is improving as coach. But then he showed how much if a bytch he was last night punting inside the skins 35 yards line. If you coached scared, you shouldn't coach at all.

That's what makes it hard every year. He plays at a high level the majority of the season, but he is 100% untrustworthy in big games. Can you imagine him ever making it through 3-4 playoff games including the superbowl without major fukkups? Keeping him means we will probably be in playoff "contention" every year but it also means that we won't ever go deep. A change needs to be made in the coming 1-2 years. It will be a risk and may not pay off, but eventually we will find our own RG3/Luck. You have to gamble big to win big. We know for sure now that Romo will never let us get to that Superbowl.

I don't like Jerry as GM any more than anyone else but he is a problem we will have to deal with until he drops dead. He repeated this year that he has no plans to step down as GM. It's a change that is not going to happen so we have to bear with that.

That's the thing. We can talk about what we can do in the offseason and everything. But they haven't proved they can get it done in a offseason. I don't trust Jerry to do the right thing and he won't. He will go out and draft an unneeded player and then sell sell sell. Parcells players are about gone and that's a scary sight for this organization.

I dont agree....

the talent is here....we got a top 15 QB, a top 5 reciever that Jerry drafted, a young stud RB that Jerry stole from the 3rd rnd, talented yet injured LB core, a good secondary without the injuries, a dominant yet hurt NT, a top 5 TE of all-time, etc...we have the talent, we just werent healthy this season....

Their off season already started so they're already Super Bowl champs like every other cowgirls off season

Dallas Cowgirls, Canada's team

New York Giants, America's Team :duh:

Not that it matters but this is false. The Cowboys beat the Eagles in 2009 in week 17 to win the division one year after the Eagles beat us. I understand how you would you come up with that stat tho too much ESPN

Bad draft because we have no depth. The 2008 and 2009 drafts are the two worst drafts in franchise history. Bad contracts all over the place. Giving Scandrick and Free and etc extensions and others not producing to the level of those contracts.. Good running back but can't do nothing because his oline can't block and his coach easily gives it up. Ratliff hasn't been dominate since 2009. I won't him gone and wanted him home after last year.

Of the new players the last two years, I like Harris, Lee, Carter, and even our corners. The problem is the depth which is why GMs are being fired left and right.

to be honest i dont even blame garrett. Romo is that qb where u gotta manage his like alex smith basically limit his throwing attempts but regardless of that he still can manage to fukk THINGS UP AT TIMES.

A part of me wants to see if u manage him better will he be more successful limit his throwing attempts and more rushing attempts

basically have balance will things work out better

1-6 on elimination games SAYS IT ALL RIGHT THERE TO ME ALSO THAT HE JUST CANT GET THE JOB DONE ON CRITICAL GAMES

in conclusion if we do a balance attack next season and romo still manages to MESS UP GET RID OF HIM but if we have more success than just keep him. regardless we need to start getting a young guy to groom for the future

on the defense side WE CANT TELL BECAUSE WE WERE TOO BANGED UP :manny:

also we need to give more receivers more chances AUSTIN STAYS HURT WAY TOO MUCH.

i rather have tanner than jones at times to be back up to felix but at the same time murray stays hurt also so thats a tough situation to figure out

Miles been hurt since 2010. I like him. He's made clutch catches but he cant stay healthy. I'm not sure about that one.

I want the whole Dline removes excent Hatcher. We need a big fat Ted Washington, Raji type at the Nose tackle. Even in his rprime, Ratliff wasnt a plug in the the NT postion. Need better safies. On offense i like our young receiver minus Ogletree.

Ryan needs to goes. I havent seen anything about his defense that i likes in the yeas he's been here. He's had no more success than Brain Stewart.

Nose tackle has to be the main priority. We've developed some decent depth at linebacker now with Simms, Albright. They should be kept around to back up Lee and carter
