North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
Hopefully Spencer gets resigned. I didn't know dude had 10 sacks :wtf:

Ware, Carter, Lee, Spencer LB unit for next season :blessed::ohlawd::lawd:

Ware gonna have to take a pay cut to keep Spencer. It shouldn't have taken this long for them to pair good LB's together. If they not going to keep him his replacement should already be on the team as well. Victor Butler has proven he's not it. Who else is there?

Not happening. Fox isn't letting that game go. In fact, I don't think there is an SNF game that day. If anything, they'll probably put the game on at 4:25 since as of right now, the game is scheduled for a 1:00 PM start.

Fox has expressed frustration with losing the big game two years in a row. Even Jerry said he's doubtful that it wlll be flexed, so maybe he knows something behind the scenes like Fox playing hardball this time.

When it comes down to it, i'm not sure they have much say over the NFL. They'll want the win and you're in on Sunday night. There are other intriguing matchups that week but nothing like this. If there is a game with playoff implications (win and you're in) then the game will be moved in that time slot IMO. Plus unlike other weeks where there needs to be 12 days prior notice given, there only needs to be 6 days prior notice given for Week 17. We'll know by Monday.

Here are all the rules and stipulations from nfl's site.

Flexible Scheduling

Allows teams to play their way onto the Sunday night schedule

Last season, the NFL implemented for the first time in its history a primetime "flexible scheduling" element on Sundays in Weeks 10-15 and in Week 17.

Flexible scheduling ensured quality matchups on Sunday night in those weeks and gave surprise teams a chance to play their way onto primetime.

The NFL schedule will again utilize flexible scheduling in Weeks 11-17. The NBC Sunday night time slot for "flex" weeks will list the game tentatively scheduled for Sunday night.

Only Sunday afternoon games are eligible to be moved to Sunday night, in which case the tentatively scheduled Sunday night game will be moved to an afternoon start time. Flexible scheduling will not be applied to games airing on Thursday, Saturday or Monday nights.

Just as the six major college football conferences have done for many years, the NFL will have the flexibility to move the start times of games on Sundays, using a 12-day notice format.

For example, a game scheduled for a Sunday could move from a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff to an 8:15 p.m. start, but the change would be made and announced no later than the prior Tuesday, 12 days prior.

The NFL has commonly moved games between 1:00 p.m. ET and 4:15 p.m. ET on Sunday afternoons, and the NFL now employs flexible scheduling to include one of its primetime packages of games - on Sunday evenings.

Sunday afternoon games, as in the past, can still be moved between 1:00 and 4:05 or 4:15 p.m. ET.

In Week 17, in order to ensure a Sunday night game with playoff implications, the decision to move the start time may be made on six days notice.

NFL Flexible Scheduling 101

Begins Sunday of Week 11
In effect during Weeks 11-17
Only Sunday afternoon games are subject to being moved into the Sunday night window.
The game that has been tentatively scheduled for Sunday night during flex weeks will be listed at 8:15 p.m. ET.
The majority of games on Sundays will be listed at 1:00 p.m. ET during flex weeks except for games played in Pacific or Mountain Time zones which will be listed at 4:05 or 4:15 p.m. ET.
No impact on Thursday, Saturday or Monday night games.
The NFL will decide (after consultation with CBS, FOX, NBC) and announce as early as possible the game being played at 8:15 p.m. ET. The announcement will come no later than 12 days prior to the game. The NFL may also announce games moving to 4:05 p.m. ET and 4:15 p.m. ET.
Week 17 start time changes could be decided on 6 days notice to ensure a game with playoff implications.
The NBC Sunday night time slot in "flex" weeks will list the game that has been tentatively scheduled for Sunday night.
Fans and ticket holders must be aware that NFL games in flex weeks are subject to change 12 days in advance (6 days in Week 17) and should plan accordingly.
NFL schedules all games.
Teams will be informed as soon as they are no longer under consideration or eligible for a move to Sunday night.

Brethren, do you all think that Tony Romo will get that extension at the end of the year, regardless to what may transpire from here on out? And are we all in agreement with keeping Romo, instead of pursuing other avenues (If you think about it, who else is out there in order to get approximate value or better, and do we want to take a chance on a rookie qb). If that is the case, we will have to accept the good and bad and understand Romo will cost us a game or two and on the flip-side, will pull a rabbit out the hat as well.

I don't think Jason Garrett is going anywhere unless the Cowboys have disgraceful performances the following weeks and/or Sean Payton verbally commits to being the coach in Big D.

Curious to see how Rob Ryan's schemes and Jason Garrett's game prep will fair the following weeks.

We'll see. I'd still be shocked to see it flexed to Sunday Night though.

Play calling must get better on both sides of the ball but especially offensively. I do like the depth that we are building. But I think several players are gone including Miles and Jenkins.

ya playing calling needs to on both sides jenkins will be gone miles i doubt and doesnt even matter to me cuz we have depth on wr chart and the other guys show they can play good enough even in brief times

miles really disappoints me he has played horrible since his breakout yr and contract signing :smh:

i think we need to send more guys on defense cuz this 3 man shyt aint working at all

we need to RUN THE DAMN BALL MORE REGARDLESS and THROW IT MORE TO DEZ

gotta give props to one guy who has been CONSISTENT
