Ep 12 was hard :wow:

We only have Genny and Azzurra who are present since season 2
Genny was ruthless af  But Patri was about to talk as far as we saw, she was too much of a risk for Genny to take :to:
He knew she was lying when she told him Ruggerio didn't mention his name... He knows how much that prosecutor is obsessed with catching him, they talked about it that very episode earlier, he knew exactly that guy would bring his name up.

this also set up the fifth season well
Genny, Diplomat, Enzo, the 2 Levante brothers are all still in the game, it could be some grade A fukkery next season

:futurewhy:

I wasn't expecting this kind of Final Form Gennaro, breh. I'm gonna guess Patrizia did give something to the Prosecutor for her to lie to Genny like that. :beli: Probably thought it wouldn't matter since she was go off to live an apple pie life in Aruba or some shyt. I'm not sad to see her and Miche go tho. :hubie:She brought it on herself trying to play house with that Levante boy, got a loyal lieutenant killed and they were doing a whole lot of fukking flip flopping.

I'm expecting a lot more action next season. Hopefully Enzo gets smart next season because I don't want to see his crew at all if they're going to stay :flabbynsick:

Gennaro on his mastermind shyt had to get rid of her u could tell she was lying OF COURSE Ruggieri wouldve ask for him instead of saying that he did mention him she goes no he didnt ask for u .what a dumb broad :mindblown:

he gave her a chance...but knowing him he would kill her anyway:leostare:

anyhow one thing bothers me by going into hiding he pretty much announced to the whole world that he was behind everything:deadmanny:

also one last thing he was getting fed up with azzurra u could tell she became that naggin bytch '' u have to leave dat life'' :usure::usure:

when inside he was prob like
:damn::damn:bytch in honduras i had to chop down a dude to pieces with some raggedy old ass machete!dont tell me to settle down u aint bout dat life:damn::damn:

I wonder if hes gonna start knocking down Tiziana :steviej:like his pops did Patri (who was also in hiding...) anyway so many questions...:lupe::lupe:

Just a few random thoughts about the whole season:
- the decline in quality from season 1/2 is apparent but this is still the best crime show around

-I feel really sorry for the Levante daughter. She is a kind girl trapped in a family/world of psychopaths.

-they did the same mistake with Valerio that they did with Conte, they should have kept him around longer.

-for some reason I really liked the Cappacio brothers. They are the very definition of failing upward. They got their asses kicked in season 3 but ended up taking over the Arenella and Stregone's territories and people. Got their asses kicked at the start of season 4 and then used by the Levantes but then took over Forcella. Now Crazy is dead but Elia rules all of Naples except Secondigliano. I can't wait to see what happens next season, he'll probably take a few Ls but end up ruling the whole of Campania.:heh:

-the violence seems to have gone down a notch

- in real life there's no way the Levantes would have let Genny walk out of their farm alive in ep 12.
-whats the point of Gennaro hiding in a bunker if every idiot in his crew knows where the bunker is.:snoop:

-the writers' hand is becoming more and more obvious and the inconsistencies are getting harder to ignore:

-one minute the clans are all powerful and enormously rich, the next they are no more than street gangs that can't scrape together a few hundred thousand euros or can't wait a month without product.

-why is the whole of Naples still depending on Genny for coke? He had a competitive advantage with the Honduran coke, but he lost that to the Federation at the start of season 3. It makes no sense that the "System" is depending on a Russian for coke. Coke flows from west to east, not the other way around. If anything the Cappacios should have inherited either the Honduran connection or Stregone and Avitabile's Calabrian friends. In real life the Calabrians are by far the biggest suppliers in Europe.

-the whole thing with Genny asking for Mistral's help makes no sense. What, he couldn't get a few guys to shoot AK 47s at a car by himself?
They hint that Mistral is a legendary old timer who is doing life. So what?
Both Stregone and Don Aniello are also legendary old timers, and they were actually on the street and had their crews intact. Mistral's underling mentions that "all his friends abandoned him", so his organization can't be anything but a remnant.
Why would Genny feel strong enough to take on the Levantes(who seem to be universally feared) and their Sicilian friends?

"but Elia rules all of Naples except Secondigliano." Does he? :dwillhuh: Did they mention this? Based on what I read about the Camorra (Gomorrah and some others) there are plenty of clans in Naples in different quarters or in some there are more. To my understanding he only rules Forcella and not the all of Naples. There are probably many-many clans from different quarters who we weren't introduced to yet and all rule their own quarters or smaller territories.

"-they did the same mistake with Valerio that they did with Conte, they should have kept him around longer." I think the purpose for Enzo this season that he basically loses everything he had and he has to rebuild from brink next season. I think he has some tricks up in his sleeve though. I think by then end it's either him or Genny but not both.

"It makes no sense that the "System" is depending on a Russian for coke." Dude might be an enterpreneur for all I know, he could be just a bridge, or we know that he gets coke from Russia too? That would be indeed unrealistic, cocaine still only grows in 3 countries on Earth, all three in South-America so it can't go there from Russia.

That's really not clear

On Reddit everyone's already saying that in that teaser Ciro moves at the 0:37 mark:

and he kinda is...:wtf:(especially when he says the words IL IMMORTALE IL MORT) BUT
as much as id like him to i dont want them to go this route theyd shoot themselves in the foot cause that would be unrealistic as hell:beli:

Ciro is the GOAT character in the show but I don't think I can accept him coming back like that.

This Immortal movie should be about Ciro's come up and all the fukkery he survived that cemented his nickname. I'd also like to see the father/son bond he had with Attilio fleshed out.
