There is a Chinese buffet in my hometown that only 5.95 and it's fire. Always packed.

There's 1 on the other side town from me that always got a 5 dollar type meal thing going on. I've never tried em' out but I been wanting too cause there's this phat ass Asian woman that works there. I just wanna holler at her.

Let me first start off by saying I don't like to go to restaurants in general. I'd rather cook at home and rarely find the food/service worth the $ spent. And I really can do without the fake hospitality. Them places where you make your order and pay, pickup your food and bus your own table are more up my alley, them local joints Mex, bbq, soul etc.

But buffets in particular especially rub me the wrong way. Usually I end up going when invited by a friend or family on the spot and can't find a way out of it. Recently ended up at Golden Corral, and while I have no complaints about the food selection, left feeling :scust:

There's always them tables full of big motherfukkers just hanging out looking like :birdman:waiting for room to open up in their guts. They still waiting and we done ate and left. Or that one dude solo with two plates at a time going for a personal best

They got us all crammed into a stuffy room in the back :scusthov: a sickening display. Servers at these places surely have stories for days, I can only imagine.

Then after getting full after two plates I always feel like I ain't pull my weight (and wanna get my 15-18 dollars worth:skip:), so go for thirds and end up wasting it all, spread it around my plate so it looks like I tried :upsetfavre:

An hour or so later at home I'm like damn I should have had more of that brisket and fried okra :shaq2:

:flabbynsick:

No lies were told :salute:

nikkas basically have to catch me slipping with the mouthpiece or my daughters are present. If they're there, I'm done because I already know they're going to volunteer :deadrose:

There's no shortage of cheap Chinese joints out here, some of them are good, but many are suspect

There's this local seafood/Asian buffet thats pretty popular, and expensive as far as buffets go. Got a sushi bar, oysters and usual Chinese entrees etc. But when they finally bring out them snow crab clusters :wow:
Got people grabbing tongs from all the other food trays reaching in. I mean folks be waiting at the empty pan for them to refill. I don't know f they fill it based on attendence or every 20 mins or what. When dude come from the back with a full tray of crabs you see people rushing to get a piece, first in line piling crabs a foot high on there plates. I'm surprised I ain't ever seen a misunderstanding in that joint over them crabs :dwillhuh:
