You say that...i only drink on Sundays...yet it's Monday. Just be real with yourself about what you want to do.
Drinking does shyt for me that i use when needed. But, moderation is key. You can't be the Hulk errryday, you know? Took me 20 years to learn that.
But 2025, the God will only drink on Sundays. I need one day for myself. The rest of the week is for the world.

my man you dont need a damn RX to get VITAMINS
b1 is thiamine... just grab some at the grocery store. b complex is OKAY but you can get straight B1. it will take a few days to work. if you want a supplement, look into sulbutiamine or benfotiamine. they are derivatives of thiamine that will raise your b1 levels extremely quickly.
i had to stop drinking so much because it changes my personality and remove my "filter" that keeps me polite. that shyt is truth serum.
