I was 17 when I started going bald. I was devastated when it happened. I'm 32 now and I don't even think about it anymore.
Wow when did it become obvious or ppl actually noticed something?
Shaved at 24 breh, left the goatee... Started to get the form the ladies kept itI'm good tho.
But I feel bad for my brehs that gotta suffer in silence under all them fitted caps.
Sure, it's just your style.
But we know what you really hiding.
Let go of them scraps brehs.
Just shave it off.
My cousin who is a barber and had been cutting my hair most of my life noticed first. My hair started thinning out at the corners. He said he could line me up in a way that would make it less noticeable. We did that for a couple of months until it got to the point where I had to just shave it off. Once I went bald, people in high school had jokes, but I would just crack jokes on them as well. I was the only student in school with a visibly receding hairline. Since high school is the most shallow place on earth, most of the girls weren't interested in me, which i knew would happen so that wasn't a surprise.
Being bald bothered me until I got to college and started seeing other bald guys, and people didn't make a big deal about it. My advice to someone going bald is to just shave it off. The sooner you shave it off the faster you make peace with your hairline and move on to more important things. If you learn how to shave your own head, you realize how much money you save on hair cuts. Also, don't fall into the habit of wearing hats. Don't feel like you have to put a hat on every time you leave the house. Embrace your baldness.
