Uncle Kendrick
I'm just bout that action
After the Sony leaks we should all know what the deal is with these types of movies. At those cacs in Sony thinking Denzel clout can't reach oversees audience
No.I don't know what's cornier, the cast of this flick (even if the cast was darker the movie would still be trash) , or this apology that nobody asked for. This outrage and apologize for everything culture is ridiculous. The general sentiment that I have and am pretty sure most others have is not of outrage over the cast, but rather its more like this is what we expect from them. This is what they do. Cacs gonna Cac. That's what it is. The funny thing is from what I can tell, more white people in the form of online journalism and blogs called them out than did Black people. It's similar to the Paula Deen fiasco where it was noticeable that more white people wanted her gone than did Black people who largely shrugged their shoulders in disbelief that some people found it shocking that a southern white woman made racist remarks. It's like liberal white people have appropriated Black outrage or something, it's strange.
No.
It was mostly Black people who complained about this.
Go on Tumblr, Twitter, WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, check out the signers of the online petition, etc.Not from what I can tell. Even so I'd have to disagree with you on calling it "complaining". There's a difference between laughing at it cynically, or pointing it out as something being more of the same that we're used to. To label it complaining really wouldn't do it justice.
Really tho no one thought of Michael J White or Idris Elba, Lupita etc?
GTFO @ his name
And his name is thot.Token black god...
