There's black actors in the series (and are not known for being c00ns or sellouts, work on independent projects). That's probably why it didn't get picked up by hbo, max or showtime bc they probably think not enough of us are going to support it in the first place. If they get viewership for this, who knows. All I know is that I'm tired of the same old shuck and jive networks telling the same tired stories about the same repeat names or having us in some comedic situation. Nice to see a dramatic series that breaks away from the other concepts. HBO had a show about Nucky Thompson, EPIX has this. I'm watching it.DaRealness
