I could hear Scaramanga on this also.

Honestly can't say I'm a big fan ...

As for GFD Flow/patterns are still immaculate and beat selection is on point but I don't think he stays writing because within these 4 tracks he did that shatter/data/matter/splatter scheme more than a couple of times, only say this cause I hold him in high regard, still a good lyricist tho.

Fav track now is "Who Got Next"

My syntax/impacts/ten acts at a time šŸ’„

Because he's been doing jazz for many years.

Godfather Don is a serious emcee hip hop scholars can study.

I was just thinking about that. Alot of Coli is into Gibbs. I'm not - he admitted to shooting a drug addict and his father is a cop.

But I was just reflecting on the careers of

Krs
Em
Kanye
Necro
Kool Keith
Rakim
G Rap
Jay Z

All of these artists have great discographies and conduct themselves professionally in interviews.

If you study rap history you can pull out at least twenty great emcees with longevity.

Godfather Don is one of them.

Some Coli users like Freddie Gibbs with a new porn star wife wasting money in Dubai.

That doesn't impress me.

Ice T, Coco and their daughter - that family is inspiring.

extremely underrated on the boards and on the mic.

Classics!! These two joints were in crazy heavy rotation for me in junior high school.

Godfather Don was one of my favorite underground MC's back in the day. Dude was so dope to me, and I couldn't figure out why more people weren't f*cking with his music. I still play damn near his whole discography nonstop.

I heard about him on some underground hip hop forum a long time ago, a lot of his LPs and 12"s were floating around in local record stores so I ended up copping a lot of them. Surprised no one mentioned his Hydra beat tapes :wow: Used to freestyle to those all the time
