Sure, in the US where most of the people above 65 are vaccinated then yes, it's not doing big numbers like the alpha variant.
If you want a better comparison of how the delta variant wrecked more shops than a retarded vocational student than look no further than India. Compare their numbers during the time the alpha variant was the dominant strain against the time period where the delta strain was running around. It's not even close.

Have you actually looked at Covid19 stats for African countries compared to rest of the world? What you will find is they have lowest reported deaths and cases on the whole globe. Dr. Immanuel among others have conjectured its partially because HCQ and similar "quines" are readily available and regularly used.
