I said the game felt unfinished or incomplete and your 1st assumation was that I'm talking about realms then you get defensive about story points.

The game feels rushed or incomplete in all those areas to some extent. The fact that you need to do side quests to shead light on main character story points during and after the game is whack.

Honestly, Kratos gotta be up there with Mario and Link now as far as characters who have mainline games on multiple platforms and they are well regarded.


Edit. And I realize he doesn’t have as many as them, but still, ps2,ps3,ps4 and ps5. 4 generations and still top tier.

Outside of Crash Bandicoot he’s probably been the most recognizable playstation ‘mascot’ even though he’s not a cartoony character, and Ratchet is older.

And the crazy part is I really thought Kratos/GoW was done-done after the trilogy and ascension. This might be one of the most successful reboots of all time

I had a stray thought about this at some point, that there could/should have been a (side? post-game?) mission to get Mimir back his body. That would have made for a nice touch.

I was also hoping he would get a body. Thats what I thought Brok and Sindri were taking measurements on at the end of the first game but it was for the realm contraption
