Google assistant sounds good, but i simply refuse to give google anymore personal info.

Siri is fine for the basics. Alexa for the complicated stuff.

as far as personal info, they are all one in the same. especially google and amazon

apple has more of a thing for personal privacy, which is why Siri isn’t as good. it’s all trade offs
