The low-income/poor neighborhoods in Toronto are majority black mixed in with some asian, arab, indian folk but still majority black and are located on the outskirts of the city.

Most gang members were raised in Toronto community housing complexes which were originally filled with immigrants from Caribbean’s . So that explains majority of it it would be Caribbean’s and a lot of MOD Mali’s. (Somalians)
