Got any stats to back up this claim? :shaq:

For the record, a lot of western European women "tend" to be educated about the usage of condoms. The problem arises after, individuals grow comfortable with one another, and want to maximize sensation.

Even still, everything should be deducted on a case by case analysis, generalizing a whole country as being immorally wrong is rather subjective. Europeans have always has had rather sexually liberated society look at the early stages of Rome. This conversation really can't proceed until the facts from your claim are properly cited.

naw man the problem with the internet is that people feel the need not to source and think all the answers are correct because a computer told them. Do the right thing and link the source of your information instead of just saying it comes from a "credible website". Unless you just want to spread false information.

I believe a company that collects these statistics to be more credible then one of you just telling me *yea, the chances of getting an std in france are slim*

:mindblown: Based on what? The fact that 3 women you slept with in that country used condoms. Lets be realistic like things that make sense here, friend. You're hurting your credibility like lying on the witness stand.

Perhaps we should be honest about what this chart says. It does not simply say that the STD rate has increased over time, which is what you are trying to portray here.

It concerns the number of diagnoses of STDs. As the site you got it from says, 2 of the biggest reasons the number of diagnoses has increased are that there has been an increase in the amount of testing and in the quality of testing over the time period graphed in your picture. That will naturally make the number of diagnoses go up. In other words, it's not simply a bad thing.

so is it hard to back up your graph with a link to source it came from? This is Higher Learning after all.

Yeah he's right though, that's probably not the best graph to use for this conversation.

Honestly, from my personal experience, I came across chicks that were sexually educated.

Part of the European region World Health Organisation’s Action Plan for HIV and AIDS is to ensure that comprehensive and age-appropriate sex education is rolled out throughout the region, so that individuals understand the importance of using condoms to protect against HIV
HIV and AIDS in Western and Central Europe

The number cases is still relatively low though, compared to a 65 million(France) and 81 million population(Germany)
France had the second highest number of new diagnoses (3,952) followed by Germany (2,918)

edit: women actually have a lower chance of contracting HIV in Europe.(contrary to the black community in America)

Not trying to make this a gay disease argument again, but the stats merely "estimate" that M2M, is leading the pack outbreaks.

150,000 people in total infected with HIV-AIDS in France(65 million population) :manny:
85,000 people in total infected with HIV-AIDS in Germany(81 million population) :yeshrug:

And immigrants and homosexuals make up the majority of those cases. So again, Mowgli...are immigrant populations more demonic?

It's funny- the article of the OP specifically states that these measures are meant to target people from populations where contraceptives are inaccessible, for cultural or other reasons. No one seems to have acknowledged this and are instead talking about the populations at large.
