its def tough decision; breaking bad hasnt had a weak season like the wire did with season 2; but i never connected more with the characters than i did with season 4 of the wire. (my favorite season of the run).
right now i'll go with the wire; unless breaking bad ending is some next level piff.
I'd also throw in the shield and Friday night lights in the top 10 dramas.
