In kayfabe -- though it's described as if it's a jawbreaker -- the move is having someone jam their shoulder into another person's throat (when he first started doing it, people used to flop around like their windpipe got crushed). Looked at like that, it is plenty devastating.

I stand by what I said. The Jackhammer is a better move. The Stunner is a better finisher, mainly because it doesn't have a weight/strength factor (luckily, Goldberg was brolic AF).
