And I'm going with whatever is against the RKO because the RKO is just the Diamond Cutter under a different name and in this matchup The Diamond Cutter wins because it is an actual reliable, well used finisher while The Steiner Driver was a rarely used finisher that at one point just stopped being used altogether.
Also it always annoyed me that the move started as a suplex motion when it would've been simpler to just lift your opponent up as if you were about to powerslam him.
