was tempted to go with Ledger, but JK Simmons as JJ was spot on to me, never seen Christopher Reeve superman movies

For all the praise that Robert Downey Jrs Ironman gets, they've made exactly one good movie...and it wasn't even that amazing, just pretty good.

Nothing special about a cocky and sarcastic hero. That's basically how every hero acts the last 20 years...

I mentioned doing this as a Top 10 list in one of those threads, because that's the only way to properly do this. I just didn't want to do the tallying. LOL

I'll have to go with Christopher Reeve. EVERY Superman portrayal is the actor/director bring a Christopher Reeve as Superman impersonation to the screen.

Rounding out Top 5 would be
Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man/Tony Stark
JK Simmons as J Jonah Jameson
Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool
Burgess Meredith as Penguin
