#GMB is weird to me since people being married would strengthen the black community financially.
You can't keep saying blacks need to move like Asians and Jews, two groups where damn near all adults are married, and at the same time be #GMB

Everyone knows the divorce statistics so just because of that I think couples are now trying harder not to be in that statistic. Lot of us grew up on split homes and single-parent homes. No one wants to have their lives turn out like that too, after witnessing it first hand. I know I don't.

This. You got two extremes. The ones who are single forever with not even a single child and the others getting married young and just staying there forever.

I'm speaking of close friends. That I know and we talk about it.

I do know one who already divorced and they're like 30 lol

But yeah I guess social media is just showing everyone getting married now so I guess we have to wait and see
