I have a few friends in the service and it's all the same. I think some places you have to be married a certain amount of years, others it doesn't matter.
I was in child support court and one army guy was in there. He was overseas, his unit got stranded/ambushed and he was stuck over there for a year and some change. Wife got pregnant for someone else, said she couldn't find the real father. Took him to court asked for a divorce, alimony, and child support. She got it all. Dude went ape shyt in that court room
