how can he win in court? she probably has not been working during the marriage, he's going to end up paying child support, alimony depending on the state, and she will get custody. she may even be entitiled to some of his military retirement. Military courts care about adultery but civil divorce courts do not, unless you have a prenup with a cheating clause.
