Nerlens had a major injury in college and is injured at the moment. Noel is also slated to be a FA and everyone knows the Sixers will trade him(teams can therefore lowball). Bradley is on a team friendly deal for the next few years; can play great D and shoot, he'd be a perfect "PG" with Simmons.

Told these NBA Radio nikkas that Horford for the max is overrated as much as Draymond Green being a top 3 C.

Boston better hope they strike gold in the draft.

PG13 wont be a FA until 2018 at the earliest and I think it's doubtful they get him.

The top FA's for 2017 are -

Curry
KD
CP3
Griffin
Hayward
Lowry
Millsap
Holiday

We know Curry/KD are resigning with the Warriors, CP3/Griffin most likely stay in LA which leaves Hayward as the most likely Celtic target, he's good but not good enough to put them over the top and the Jazz will offer him full max too.

The Celtics are playing double dutch and scared to jump in, they want to stack the deck in trades to such an unrealistic way that teams just go :ld: and pass on them. They're overvaluing their assets like crazy right now, the picks are the only thing with a lot of value and this years draft is heavy in players that don't really help them that much, dudes that will just be on the bench for the next few years if the Celtics draft them.
So they're overvaluing their assets and every FA worth a damn is either staying put or isn't really helping them.

You might as well have just said the NBA should contract the team.

Nah, the difference is the Celtics have the assets to pull off a trade for a player like DeMarcus Cousins that would make them a contender, the issue is they don't want to give them up or they flat out overvalue them.

Ainge has a history of lowballing teams, he offered the 6th and 17th for Embiid which is honestly :scust: since that was a 3 player draft and the dude going 3 was considered the most talented. Danny is probably on the phone trying to convince Vlade to take Kelly O and a 2nd rounder for Cousins.
