Gasol’s the second best passer on the team behind Lebron. And he can stretch the floor. That might be why.
His numbers aren't great but he keeps the ball moving on offense, can make any pass plus he'll knock down some threes here and there. I have no idea why they got Drummond to play over him. Give me Gasol any day of the week.
They have a tough stretch coming up. I just hope they can stay near .500 with both guys out. They're now 3-5 since LeBron went down including the game he got hurt.This game is a anomaly. If we win three in a row then I will be intrigued
I still think they have enough to remain competitive against just about anyone but they have to make shots like tonight. If they're going 1-10 from three every quarter, they aren't gonna win. They're getting the looks every game though.

he’s mad at the media cause they been pushing for him to get replaced long before the lakers did it.
Turns out....he’s way better for this type of squad than Drum is. Drum only gon be good with Lebron on the floor...

this post wont age well. They got Drummond because when Gasol jumps for rebounds...you cant fit a piece of paper under his shoe. Resulting in a crazy amount of offensive rebounds for our opponents (and second chance points). Also...he's almost always the slowest person on the floor so slashers are often burning past him...jumpers are elevating over him...or someone is wide open under the hoop because his rotation and help d is too slow.
He's a great passer, he spreads the floor, and he can be pesky at times. But he's a complete liability on one side of the floor.

Gasol does have better complementary skills than drummond but it doesn't matter because when AD and Lebron are playing, Drummond's impact will be far greater than Gasol's.
The Lakers have one of the lowest second chance points against totals in the league. Their defense has also been solid with him on the floor.
Drummond isn't that good.

We're also one of the worst ranked teams in the league for allowed points in the paint. But i dont need to bring up stats to know that Drummond is an upgrade over Gasol. You will see soon enough.

let drum play a full game firstIf Gasol wasn't so terrible on D and the glass they would have never brought Drum in.
