From reading around online I keep seeing Blake Griffin being linked to the Lakers if he gets a buyout. How would y’all brehs feel about that? Think he’s washed or would be be like Batum and be rejuvenated on a contender?

Blake is either SUPER WASHED or just hasn’t been motivated knowing that Detroit is going absolutely nowhere.

If he’s washed the way he looks to be there’s zero point in picking him up, but if a change of scenery and a winning franchise could get his motor going again then :yeshrug:

Detroit really tryna trade Grant? :ohhh:

fake news

Grant is in the midst of his best season as a pro, and despite him not being selected for his first All-Star appearance this year, many teams have checked in on his availability and made offers, per league sources. However, Detroit appears to have *no interest* whatsoever in trading Grant, who is averaging 23.4 points this season and is in good position to win the NBA’s Most Improved Award, per league sources.

Grant’s relationship with Weaver is very strong. It’s a big reason why the 26-year-old left a winning situation in Denver to join the rebuilding Pistons. Grant is considered a franchise building block and embodies everything Detroit wants its culture to be about moving forward.

From all accounts, Grant will be in a Pistons uniform for as long as he wants to be.

the ether
Kuz might need his own team
Been saying this for over two years. His game is designed to be a feature option on a sub-par team. He just doesn't do the things you need from a role player on a title team.

Needs to be traded to a team like Detroit and get his Shareef Abdur-Rahim on.
