The Lakers would look ten times better with a center that can actually protect the rim and shooters that can knock down shots.
Morris, KCP, Harrell, Lebron, and AD....5 clutch clients on one roster is more than enough.
J.R Smith and Dion Waiters are also clutch clients (was on our roster last season)

Yeah I don’t think there should be any panic outside of whatever panic was already tied to AD’s health (a legit, but separate concern)...Bron’s probably the smartest in game cat in the game and knows this squad is super top heavy and needs AD to win it all...he’s not gonna burn himself trying to drag the squad to regular season wins while he’s out.. if AD is back at 100 in the postseason I don’t care about seeding for the playoffs
Not gonna shyt on the team cuz i did enough of that and we all knew what it was when fukkin fat back Dudley was chugging up and down the court. Theyll bounce back. BUT. Major moves DEFINITELY have to and will be made to the interior and shooting guard position. Some players i really like are expendable

What pieces do you think they would have to trade or give up? But nah man I hear you, just think they need a better option at center defensively than Mark Gasol if they keep AD primarily at 4. Ball movement looks better when Lebron isn't dribbling air out the ball and Schroder definitely is huge help is this area, but I still think Lakers ball movement can improve even with Schroder.
Legit though this thread didn't exit because I had OP on ignore, and havent posted all season because. In the memory of Kobe and in my growing favor of Bron I will always have a place in the heart for the Lakers.

I really wanna see Boogie Bron and AD, if they'd kept Rondo shyt coulda been special. Rondo + Bron + Frank could hide Boogie's deficiencies. I hated them bushing Javale & Dwight moreso Dwight and now his presence is missed. I was fine with the addition of Trez over Javale but, Gasol over Howard was always hustling backwards, compounded the issue by letting Rondo go.
Also they overrated AD, not by talent, but by longevity even when healthy his consistency could be argued. I want Lakeshow to did it on em again, but honestly as long as the Nets don't take it I can live with the outcome. Cappers are a non factor as the are day to day gawds, so they'll again have no rhythm when push comes to shove.

I think a center aids shooting, better defense from inside out ----> make perimeter defenders work less ----> leads to 3 and D guys having to shoulder less D ----> more fresh for more opportunities for transitional 3s/less significance in each shot, as there'd be more to shoot with more stops on D.
