Such an affordable deal too. Now I’m not gonna absolve Dwight in that either cuz had he waited even 30 mins/1 hour than he did then he’d be a Laker. So it’s a both sides thing with that. Still, could’ve been avoided by locking him up early on.

See sometimes the front office needs to act within their best interests. They KNOW how fickle players feelings/egos are and even though its not the exact same regime as last time, they’d done this dance with Howard. Howard always been notorious for being wishy washy, and even though he’s not a “Star” anymore he was an EXTREMELY important piece in what made the Lakers successful AND he was pretty much a class act in reestablishing his career.

also the reason why we're even an elite team is because AD can play the 5 at times

he's playing on the perimeter more than ever in his entire career. he's just injury prone

Perhaps I’m wrong on his risk of playing center, but I just think it was a sound move to be made that was missed.

Our biggest issue has been offense, not defense. They think this is the 2010 Dwight. I would have loved to have Dwight back and he would make our defense even better but our offense would still be very sloppy

This. Our offense stinks. What would Dwight do to help our offense?

I'd get the complaint if our defense was garbage and Trezz was the reason why but our defense is the best in the league and Trezz is 10x better on offense. you can't play trezz and dwight at the same time either.
