Kieff just has to be patient. Vogel has been a lot of experimenting with rotations so far this season.

That’s the issue with stacking the deck with serviceable role players. Hard to find mins for everyone. With KCP looking bad, I’d let him and Wes split mins for now but Kieff is in a bad spot. AD gonna get 35 mins and he plays smal ball 5. Trezz gonna get mins, Bron plays the small ball 4 at times, Kuz gets mins at the 4. Honestly for Kieff’s sake, I’d trade him to do him a favor if he’s not asking one already. Don’t want his career to die here because he didn’t get mins he deserved

Damn Kieff is a good role player and I’m pretty sure he took less money just to come to the lakers

hopefully they find minutes for him or do him a solid and send him somewhere he can ball and get paid next season

I agree but he's clearly not happy about not playing. I don't see him being happy to take DNPs in the reg season under the basis that he'll have a role in the playoffs.

I agree with this but they need to get Kieff his minutes during the regular season so he's in rhythm and confident when the playoffs come around.

This is another reason why packaging several Lakers (meaning Kuz+THT+Trez for a real center or Kuz+THT+Schroeder or KCP for an elite 3+D guard) would be an important move, to clear out that log jam.

One thing that’s different from the bubble is that Kuz isn’t useless now. So really not sure if there’s minutes for Kieff even playing small ball like it was during the bubble.

I honestly have no clue why they haven't already signed John Henson. I feel like there's something wrong with him that I don't know about because he should be a more desired asset around the league than he is. Not that he's necessarily the answer but he deserves a roster spot at least with A.D. gone all the time and Gasol limited as hell.

Drummond is the one everyone talking about of course. They're saying buyout market but I still think it's more likely the Cavs trade him, and if they do then the Lakers won't have the salaries they need to match.

I think Robin Lopez is an interesting option.

It’s a good problem to have but it’s still a problem. I really hope Vogel can find a way to get Wes and Kieff some burn. I know it’s tricky but he’s gotta get creative once all this experimental lineup shyt is done.

Lakers have a roster spot open, they cant sign anyone yet due to hard capped. They can later on.

Kostas is a 2 way, even if he is waived it would be to bring a guy to our G-league. I can see McKinnie being waived later on if there is a guy we really want but with a roster spot open, no need to waive. Lakers have to waive till the hard cap is lifted
