Nah. For most women this is true, but Halle looks way better with short hair for some reason. Maybe it's because of her exceptionally beautiful face and how angular it is

Don't take him too seriously, he just likes calling people gay.
But whether long/short hair is considered masculine or feminine varies depending on your culture. For example a native American would be insulted if you told him that his hairstyle was feminine.
Personally I can fukk with either. Hairstyle is pretty far down the list of things I look for in a woman (below face, personality, curves, legs, intelligence, etc.). But some women definitely do look better with short hair.
