Girls succeeded in making me despise all these bytches. None of them have any redeemable qualities about them. I would fukk marine and shosh but that's where any sort of connection with them stop.

Hannah is the ultimate bytch. I hope none of em get happy endings whenever the series come to close....good luck to Ray and Adam...hopefully Lena don't fukk up their characters and turn em into simps for these ugrateful bytches.

Yeah man that shyt was silly. Who doesn't lock their door? But beyond that, what was Hannah's motivation to barge in dude's room?

Few things. It's pretty well set that the women in the show, especially that last episode, want everyone to feel shytty an terrible when things are goin terrible for them. Marnie going to Ray's, someone who she believes is below her and whom she has inconsiderate feelings for, after being shut down by Desi and meeting Desi's girlfriend who is much more desirable than Marnie. Hannah, all episode by having to take the back seat to Adam's career and the relationship on the rocks shyts on everyone at her job and walks in on Marnie and Ray pretty much knowing what's going on. Jessa feeling like shyt barging into the art gallery to one up Marnie etc. etc.

Plus writers are all into themselves and are always looking to get into experiences and simultaneously stepping back to figure out how to write about the experience. While Hannah may be a hack, not even a writer, whatever, the fact that she thinks everything is her business rings true to a lot of writers.

You're right.. I had her and this show pegged all wrong...It's gonna be hard to watch going forward knowing that I'm supposed to be taking them and their issues seriously..

:heh:

I thought I was watching some Colbert Report level trolling where we were all in on the joke together... I thought she KNEW that all these characters were villians...
Yeah, I was watching it thinking that Lena knew these chicks weren't shyt.

How are we supposed to sympathize with any of them.

There's some shyt that as a "millennial" I can sympathize/empathize with. Being in your mid 20's and trying to figure out your path, going out into the real world after spending your entire life in a structured system, shytty economy and being happy to have a job that pays but know it's not what you want to be doing....

But this other shyt, :pacspit: these chicks

Why am I supposed to feel for Hannah for quitting her job that seemed to pay well when she shyt on her friends she worked with. Quit to continue your passion, go ahead, but shyt on people that told you from the jump what it was :dahell:

Adam's the only one that can stand your ass but you're gonna bug the shyt out of him because some chick that you knew for 2 minutes told you he's gonna be fukking around :dahell:

The man that believed in you, was gonna publish your work died and you're going to the funeral to ask about the status of the publication :what:

Jessa is just the worst, I don't even feel like typing shyt out for her

Marnie is this chick that feels entitled for absolutely no reason at all. She had this thing planned out in her head where she'd marry some rich lawyer/doctor/rising politician and she'd be the wife with some bullshyt job at an art gallery or running some charity.

She dumped Charlie then ran back to him when she found out his app took off, he got a bunch of money and had a corner office.

:russ: at her quitting the job at the coffee shop and telling Ray she has talents and skills and that the job beneath her and Ray hit her with the ::mjlol: What skills/talents does she have? :dwillhuh: Now she's trying to fukk some dude that told her from the jump that he had a girl?

Shoshana was cool until she cheated on Ray then broke up with him because she felt guilty but blamed the breakup on him being too old and lazy as fukk, which he was, but she did him dirty.

Why am I supposed to feel sorry for any of them.

They're horrible people.

Someone mentioned that if :ld: was doing the same shyt Hannah was, we wouldn't be against him since they're the same character.

The difference is the assholish shyt Larry David does is played up for laughs. When he does shyt we go :krs:"This dude is out of his fukking mind"

But apparently we're supposed to take her and her friends seriously. I mean, a few episodes ago that the girls don't even like each other, but the audience is supposed to :why:

Jessa - fairly straightforward, bit meh plot
Shosh - finally realizes she was completely wrong, keeping in tune with her being the most self-aware. Was a bit sad for her but she was trying to "capitalize on youth" and it backfired. Or was Ray just a safety net once she found out she was struggling?
Marnie - going after she wants and finally getting it, fair enough I guess

Hannah - :banderas: did she pull the sabotage move on purpose? Nah, this is selfish old Hannah we're seeing. Ignoring and twisting the sense it made for Adam to leave while he got his head right for the part, then playing with his head right before the show thinking he'd be happy for her. Truly clueless but you expect nothing less, the last scene where she clutched the paper reminded me of that other episode where she looked like a straight up villain with her selfishness (I don't remember what ep).

Thought Adam was gonna say "fukk it" and just end it or go away, but there's been a role reversal. Hannah started as the "normal" and Adam was the twisted loner out for himself, now Adam is the well-adjusted one and Hannah is the twisted one.

I don't think this show is going to have a season 4, IMO. I think it's ending for good here. This is a good stopping point, cause I don't see more upheaval (Iowa? Unless she wants to milk this for all ita worth) and if Hannah stays its gonna be same old same old for everyone? Is it gonna fast-forward a few years? Just a feeling.

Despite the show finding its footing in S3 and being very solid, the zip/wit/excitement is gone. The good writing, the "wtf" moments where we're still finding things out, the "crazy adventures", it has all been done. What comes next except mediocrity?

Shosh :to:

I really felt for her there when she was talking to Ray, shyt was just fukked for her the whole night.

Clementine  I love when Marnie gets shat on, someone to tell her, "Yo just shut the fukk up"

Though the funny thing is that out of all the characters, out of all of them, the one who seems genuinely happy is fukking Caroline. Though that felt sorta cheap to me, they introduce her, then forget about her for several episodes, then it's like when Lena Dunham was writing the last episode she was like, "Oh fukk...Caroline :ohhh: If Caroline shows up in Act 1, then Caroline has to show up in Act 3" So I'm not really sure why she was put in the beginning? There just didn't seem like a reason for it, only to tell Hannah what's already been told to her that she should hope that Adam won't drop her because he's experiencing some success.

Though if the last scene is any indication it will be Hannah that would leave Adam because of her dream and the possibility to fulfill it.

How would you guys rate the season?

I thought it was pretty decent, a few filler episodes though.

Best episodes for me were (1) Flo (2) Beach House (3) Role-Play

Hey Adam, I know you're a couple of hours from the biggest moment in your life, and you're gonna need to be 100% focused on the task at hand, but I just want to let you know that I'm gonna be moving to Iowa in a few months, now we'll be happy

:dahell: Hannah is selfish as fukk

Shoshanna :manny: She dumped Ray because she wanted to have fun, she had fun, shyt backfired now she can't graduate on time and wants Ray back who's doing pretty well right now. She fukked up.

Too busy ethering the others about how they're fukkups and she didn't even know she was failing a class because she was fukking around and getting high

Marnie :pacspit: Hours after telling a good friend that you fukked her ex, you're bragging about kissing a guy in a relationship :dwillhuh:

Marnie :camby:

Shosh fock outta here you whore. Did my nikka Ray dirty and now you wanna crawl back to him cuz he's popping (ain't nobody showed him how) and your life is shambles right now. How pathetic did she sound when she was like I loved you...I love you
If I was Ray I woulda hit her with the
tw64xS.gif

I know it's just a show but why Adam chooses to deal with Hannah's annoying tub of lard ass is beyond me so he gets half a :camby:

I'm summoning the spirit of James "Jimmy" Darmody to give Hannah one of these PLEASE

I hate the c*nt. @yoyoyo1 either she is incredibly naive or we have to start calling her Fat Sabo for now on :youngsabo: cuz there's no way she could have thought that was a good idea. It was Adam's night and of course it just HAD to be about her too. If I ever see Lena in BK I might slap her off the strength of her TV character brehs.

This show is entertaining as shyt I can't believe I'm saying it. If I never had that free preview of HBO for a weekend and they never ran a marathon of the first two seasons I woulda missed out on this piff :whew:

One more thing - I don't know about you man but I would smash Jessa with the absolute quickness and I'd do it RAW depending on my Bynum levels that day

to make it even worse she's bragging about it while sitting right next to Ray, like he wasn't even there. Marnie has always been the character I depise the most.

Hannah's enthusiasm for the Iowa program almost seems like an act to hide her insecurity. She cant stand that the one person that has stuck by her(Adam) is finding his own lane. Not sure how they are going to move her angle forward next season, but somehow I don't see her doing the graduate program.

Marnie is just throwing her goods at who ever is willing to take it. She even admitted to Hannah that's the only way she feels validated at this point. Notice how none of these girls are applying themselves to anything other than receiving attention.

Shosh despite her best efforts is still clueless. She is probably the most disciplined out of the bunch, but I believe she was telling the truth to Ray when she said "You make me more stable". Again like the rest of them, it's all about her :snoop:

Jessa was kind of thrown to the bushes this season.

Ray and Adam are finally starting to come into their own. Adam needs to just leave Hannah to herself, but we know that won't happen. Maybe he hooks up with that girl that kissed him at the end of the episode next season. Even though Ray has started to get his financial situation together, hopefully next season he will step it up with some new chicks as well. The one thing about this whole series is there hasn't been a true alpha male.

For the most part, I enjoyed this season. However, I don't know where it can go from here. If next season it's just Marnie seducing the guy with the girlfriend and more head games from Hannah on Adam, next season might be the last.
