Agreed with everything you said except the bolded. I think the last thing we need is the government invading our personal lives and telling us what to do. It's bad enough we have the PATRIOT ACT, sub-standard education system, increasing taxes, the threat of a socialized healthcare system, 'enhanced' airport security, etc. The last thing we need is for the government (which is incompetent and inefficient) to tell us how to have sex.
