I don't see what's so confusing. I don't know who tagged this particular thread but tagging a thread is the equivalent of entering keywords that you think people are likely to search so that they'll find the thread. Most people did not find this thread by searching any of those terms though, but I don't really have any theory behind that. Most people actually found this thread by searching the link to her tumblr, but I can't say why that is.
