Kenzo Mori, a Tokyo detective, travels to London in search of his presumed deceased brother Yuto, who is accused of brutally killing the nephew of a Yakuza member, which as a result, threatens to start a gang war. As Kenzo attempts to navigate the unfamiliar territory of London to uncover whether his brother is guilty or indeed alive, he becomes acquainted with DC Sarah Weitzmann of the Metropolitan Police and Rodney Yamaguchi, a half-Japanese, half-British sex worker. However, Kenzo's investigation brings him into contact with dangerous elements of London’s corrupt criminal underworld.

Just read about this and watched the first ep. It's supposed to be coming to Netflix in the new year.

I fux with it, so far. It reminds me of McMafia a bit, with the dynamic of gully shyt happening simultaneously in different timezones. The brother's sub-plot is dope too.

Binged the whole season. shyt was dope. It's a cross between dour British procedural and stoic Japanese crime drama with some fukkery thrown in. I think people will fukk with this heavy when it gets to Netflix.

Watched a few episodes so far, and I'm really enjoying this. Great production value, story isn't mind-blowing but moving along real well. Really interested to see how it's all going to play out...
