that is comparing apples to oranges
one country that being Mexico is located in Central America where there is the smallest amount of African blood line with in Latin America
the other two countries Puerto Rico and Cuba are located in the Caribbean which has the largest African blood line in Latin America
so how da hell can you say that their are PR & Cubans with no black blood in them - that is beyond ridiculous
and history shows that less than 1% of all West African slaves went to Central America/Mexico
