Once you have children, it changes your outlook on life and you want to see the legacy you tried to build play out.
This, for those who want to have children at least. Even thought I don't plan to have children, I still think you can have a chilled out lifestyle.
OP is thinking purely in terms of rap and basketball
Even without kids most people who are talented or learn an art or trade finally master it in their late 40s..look at the great artists, inventors and nobel prize winners...
