I'm watching kwames thing right now. They've been many videos and I don't know if I can go through all them but his main message is respect. You don't need to be loved, you don't need to be feared. You just have to have your respect and reflecting on that and the type of people I deal with sometimes with their childishness, and selfishness. I realize I don't need their love or fear ( and I only say this cause Machiavelli said is it better to be loved or feared).
I realize respect is the biggest thing and standing on your own two like a man. Moving with intelligence like a man. Demanding your respect like a man and acting like a man.
