So what about the rest of the supporting cast surrounding cast surrounding him? That team around him is old and Horst has gone a terrible job of drafting and player development.

Griffin was playing the young guys trying to develop them but the vets axed that and him soon enough. Like I said, it ain't just the FO who has blame in the Bucks' current state.

They needed to start player develop years ago. Last year was too late as those guys weren't going to develop in time to help fill the void when the rest of the core got too old. They have no young dudes or heir apparent to anyone on that roster and they haven’t for years.

People like to poke fun at Bob Myers for his poor drafting and player development, but who has Horst developed? He didn't draft Brogdon and Donte was a bust under his watch.

A different coach isn't going to solve the issues with this roster. People don't know who Horst is, which is why he's able to dodge blame.

They're capped out and own none of their picks until 2031, so that roster is what it is.
