Ghosts - What are your Experiences?

Anyone here believe or have any experience with ghosts/the paranormal? Ever see one?

Going to a wedding tomorrow and staying in a supposedly haunted castle. It was on 'Most Haunted' and there are reports of a 12th century monk roaming around.

Its now a hotel. My girl requested the 'haunted room'. This ghost is gonna plague and have some fun with our black asses.

when I was younger my grandmother lived on evans.
i'm sleep on her couch,it's like 3:am and i'm coming out
of sleep and in the corner of my eye I see this old naked
white man standing in the doorway and creeping toward
me with this look on his face like I was dinner.....
I close my eyes and I'm in total shock/terror.
at this point he's right up and me......
I jump up and it's like he's terrified.
his eyes get wide and he takes off out of the living room.
and no this was not a dream....
I posted this back on the day on sohh....
