KD needs to play, I said it before the series started. Siakam with Kawhi is too much of a mismatch without ole boy. I think deep down, most people here know it, but I get it, agendas and narratives. This looks like Pistons 2004 only Kawhi is way better than anyone on that team.

pre-finals performances don't necessarily mean you'll be MVP status in the finals. look at Steph
No it doesn’t. But Kawhi’s more likely to dominate physically in defensive grind series than Curry

GSW might recalibrate how they’re guarding Kawhi because they’re leaving shooters wide open, so he may have more opportunities to score instead of getting denied by double teams

You're right about that. How Kerr adjusts in game 2 will be a determining factor.

I personally think Warriors will run off 4 straight though because I think they will be able to guard Siakam better and I don't see Lowry having what it takes to play up to his reputation.
What is this "it" you're referring to? Is it scoring? This whole season and playoffs just showed you that he doesn't need to score for the team to do well.

Kawhi played average tonight, by his own standards
