Im not talking about looking back one year. Im talking about the collective shift to a history from the bottom approach that's been prevalent since the sixties that exposes contemptuous views of certain groups.


What im saying is we can look at post slavery issues like black codes, jim crow and mass incarceration because of the fact that in our time history is not written only by the hegemonic group.

Diverting to tumblr is a weak argument tho. Ive never been on that site during my free time but whether you like it or not gender and sexuality classes exist and information is coming out all the time that helps give context to feelings people have had forever. If the issue isn't relevant to you thats cool, i love women so Im not trippin on you personally, but it is an issue that goes beyond tumblr. I have seen some outrageous links posted from those blogs though :mjcry:
