Milkcrates, all Ghost 3 verse version of Cher Chez & remix, Cobra Clutch & Windpipe are SC session tracks. Also Wise/In The Rain has a Stevie J mix where they tried to replay the original sample which only came out on a Green Lantern tape I believe.

I couldn't tell off the initial listen if they're the same or not
Any other Ironman rare ish? I know about the OG Box in Hand of course. I'm just hoping there's something I missed and haven't heard over the years but I don't think that's the case.

Motherless Child from Sunset Park is longer than the album version & there's Ghost's Intro over Syl Johnson on the STARKS Ironman promo tape?
There's this w/ the remixed beat but there's a version where Ghost spits the same over the original. Didn't see it.
and then Barbershop on Fishscale had an extended version that didn't make the album too

Top 5 to me. No question no back and forth. Matter of fact in terms of music I enjoy its him big and 3 stacks. I put him over hova and nas.

Word. Heres milk crates with the second beat on it i rarely see out
I believe the third one is the grain
If im not mistaken they come from the kid capri 52 beats mixtape
Tho it says rza produced the grain so i might be wrong on thst track.
I vaguely remember the grain being a freestyle with the above 3 (milk crates amd the second beat above idk name of) before rza jumped on later for the album
They were 3 separate tracks w/ Ghost solo on them just titled Breakbeat pt 1-3. The Grain was expanded & went on the album and the other two were combined to make "Milkcrates" most places I've seen.
The beats themselves are just old school standard breakbeats (hence the name) and that Kid Capri tape was just a collection of some of those classic breaks but usually DJs would have the original records those breaks came from in their collection so whoever flipped their version of it would get production credit on a song.

Yeah, I think that's just what J-Love did on his mixes & the Hidden Darts album, but the only official-ish release with them on there had the 2 combined as "Milk Crates":

I always wanted Ghost to do a whole project with either Alchemist or Pete Rock (if he got on his '94-'95 SP-1200 era sh*t).

For Ironman rare/leftovers I have:
- 260 alternate version (essentially the same version as the album but instead the beat plays out, w/ out the "skit" at the end that leads into Assassination Day)
- Iron Maiden alternate version (different ghost verse)
- OG Box in Hand
Are there any others I'm missing?
I know there's a Heaven & Hell "Demo Version" that's different than the album version but I don't have that.
