This game is deep as fuuuuuuuuck. It’s not even the biggest open world game I’ve ever played but it still feels pretty big, and I’m still only on the south side of the whole island
I feel like I’ve only completed roughly around 20% of the game so far. I’m glad I’m playing it on hard mode since it forces me to be patient with the game and be strategic and versatile during battle.
The leveling branch system in the game looks a lil daunting at first but it’s easier to figure out than it looks. It’s kinda annoying that certain upgrades require a shytload of resources tho, especially for certain katana sets and armor outfits.
The landscape is so fukking beautiful brehs
I also love how accurately depicted feudal-era Japanese culture is in the game as well as the ancient Mongol culture. I also love how even though I have the voice language setting to Japanese (gotta be immersive with this type of game), the developers made the Mongols speak their native language vocally and even in the subtitles. See it’s the small shyt like that that helps to make a really engaging and immersive game, especially one with an open world setting such as GoT.
Right now I’m helping Lady Masuko (spl?) out to find those responsible for the death of her family. She’s a very interesting one, stubborn and impulsively headstrong yet determined and loyal. I fukks wit this “old” lady
