Just Finished and Got the Plat

The Good

  • Good main story and side story’s, The main story caught me off guard with some of its emotion and twists, Same with the way the side questlines wrapped up
  • Good Main character and Side characters, I thought Jin along with some of the supporting cast like the monk ect started off kinda bland, they all got more interesting as the story went on
  • Great Combat that is fun/satisfying, with a lot of variety when you include all the throwables, stances & mythic abilities
  • Beautiful Graphics
  • Cool Customisation
  • Nice sized Map full of things that don’t feel like chores compared to other Open World Games
  • Good Soundtrack
  • Good Ending And final boss fights
    I killed unc, fukk him
The Bad

  • This Game is sometimes guilty of the worst mission mechanics...follow missions and fail/restart if you are spotted or kill anybody stealth missions, I understand a little bit of this is needed within the context of some of the main missions, but they suck regardless, these would of dragged down some of the side missions for me too if they didn’t at least get broken up by the games good combat

  • Minor Bugs that become annoying, Appearance of gear not loading in the menu, Doing a normal hit and breaking stealth instead of an assassination despite the stealth kill prompt being on screen, Getting stuck on things when jumping ect.

9/10, Great game despite some minor issues

I started and second playthrough, and noticed that the game doesn't really have much variety from beginning to end outside of combat.

You still pretty much just have three types of missions. Stealth assassinate people ghost style, Fight a bunch of people samuria style, or duel one v one boss battle.
The combat is varied enough in these categories to never get boring and story is good enough to keep you interested, but The rest of the game is basically exploration for collectibles.
For a sequel they need to add only two things and i would give it a 10/10
1) at least one or two mini/side activities, like qwent in witcher.
2) have an occasional quest that is none combat oriented like in RDR where sometimes you just help out on a farm or go fishing etc.

also optional let us traverse via boat instead of cutting to black during those scenes.

Finally bought some Sake, been looking at the liquor store for weeks. Turns out it's in the wine section? :dahell:

I thought it was like japanese liquor, like rum to the Caribbean or tequila to Mexico. but it's actually rice wine.

I was thrown off because i always see it served in those little shot glasses .

It's best to drink it hot.

Sake is on point though served hot. Its just not what a lot of people expect more or less.
