Uh this has not stopped the American government from assassinating and overthrowing democratically elected African governments and supporting oppressive governments in an effort to benefit US corporations .
While I'm skeptical of Chinese in Africa, they have not shown themselves as being worse than the US and the west. Your girl along with Obama just recently have turned Libya into a mad max hellscape where black Africans are now being enslaved .
Go on with this mess .
Having a black population didn't stop any of that.
Western greed and desire for dominance is not dictated or driven by most of the people in the country. It's driven by the elite few who own our businesses and buy our politicians and few if any are black.
