Big thing with Nigerians is that a lot of their stuff is authenthic. You’ll hardly ever see a foreign body try to pass off something as Nigerian.

E.g. you’ll be hard pressed to see a white person run a Nigerian restaurant. But you can see that for Mexican, Indian and other cuisines.
