I don't think there should be a mass exodus to Africa. That being said, I do feel that if African Americans can they should attempt to visit Africa at one point in their lifetime. African Americans have unfinished business in America...
I agree

We have a battle here in America that we can't just leave

Our ancestors put in too much work for us to leave.

:heh: breh I got friends from Tanzania, Uganda, and Nigeria so I know not to listen to nikkas on this site unless it's about pawgin

The irony of this is that nikkas who talk the most ignorance of Africa are usually from areas of the U.S. with little to no African exposure(pretty much Middle America except Chicago and Houston)

not true. But there are some bias of certain people there. But we are welcoming of AAs.

You better be a soccer fan if you plan to live there tho.

:heh: I was trolling breh.

And the only sport I watch or care about is MMA.l so as long as I got an internet connection I'm Gucci :blessed:

Your ancestors didn't put in that work willingly. And many of them tried to leave. You don't get robbed, raped, killed and abused by a group of people, have an opportunity to leave but instead say, "no thanks, I'ma try to work it out here with my oppressor."

Jamaicans, Cacs and Africans discussing what AAs should do while their countries are failed states :heh:

No one is telling AAs what to do. Speaking for myself, all I'm saying is there's nothing wrong with visiting Africa and, if someone likes it, to move there. And the move doesn't have to be permanent, btw.

Thing is, most diasporans shun the idea of visiting, let alone moving there.

A battle? How exactly are you fighting such battles? By marching and protesting every time a black kid is shot? How will marching and protesting and writing a letter to your local congressman going to yield any change?

The only way to get real change is by violence (see Ismaaiyl Brinsley, Malcolm X) but most black people aren't willing to go that route. Instead we want to talk about forgiveness (http://www.theatlantic.com/national/archive/2015/06/dylann-roof-manifesto-forgiveness/396428/).

The world is a big place. The US isn't the only country in the world. Why not move to another country if it means you'll have a better life? This is what some of the Jews did when they moved out of Germany.

@JudgeJoeGorilla talk to these people man
