Monday--Drink 2 gallons of water, eat nothing.I am not a trainer or a dietician, so I am ignorant in this area, how do fighters/people cut that much weight in a few days, in a healthy manner?
Tuesday-Drink 1 gallon of water, eat nothing.
Wednesday- Drink 1 liter of water, eat nothing (not 100% sure about water intake this day)
Thursday-No water. Start pissing n sweating out everything you have. May need to go into a sauna
Friday-Repeat Thursday (your body has tricked itself by this point and you will be expelling a shytload of fluid)
Saturday-Repeat Thurs/Fri until weigh in.
I think this is how it goes. Google or @krackdagawd are your friends. This is not a safe or healthy practice whatsoever. You can literally die from doing this.
