Getting off low-carb so I can lift and run. How much carbs do I need?

Should I be doing cardio first before weights? (on the days I do both)

Depends on your body and what come easy for you. I can run for 50-60 minutes (about 6 miles) and then go lift without too much trouble (cleans, deadlifts, bench, dips, squat etc). If I lifted first, that part would be a little easier, but my stamina for cardio would be completely shot. My 6 mile run would end up being about 1.5 miles would feel like garbage. Other people are the exact opposite, though in my experience, most people that lift first aren't doing serious cardio unless it involves a sport like soccer/basketball.
