If this was a legal issue, Vince would have been arrested a long time ago

Vince gonna come out all like, "I'm not leaving. This still my company damn it". Then Steph comes out on some, "I'm the new ceo. The board of directors appointed me to be in charge. I run the company now." Vince, "you can have it when you pry it from my cold dead hands." Then Austin Theory comes out to be by Vince side and says that he will defend Vince honor since he's been so supportive of him, and anyone that wants to join him is welcome to. A few more wrestlers come out to support Vince and then Steph says that she got a few wrestlers of her own backing her up. Vince team outnumber Steph 5 to 4. They continue to beat down team Steph next week on Raw and Smackdown. Then the following Raw, Steph says she got a fifth man and he's here to help save her team. And that's when we get the return of John Cena!! Cena cuts a promo and challenges Vince team at MITB to an elimination match. Cena pins Theory either to end the match or at some point and the next night on Raw they build a storyline leading up to Cena vs Theory at Summer Slam for US title.

Any fukkery below that level would be a disappointment.
